All students who have an SWGTC-provided student email account are pre-loaded into the Student Portal after the last day to add classes at the beginning of each semester. Logging-in and accessing SmarterMeasure and SmarThinking:
1. Go to the Student Portal clicking on the “Go to Student Portal” button at the bottom of this page, or directly at: https://swgtcweb.swgtc.net/students/main.php
2. Login using the first portion of your student email account (everything before the “@” sign) as both your user name and password. The password IS case-sensitive, and the initial password use capital letters for your first initial and the first letter of your last name! For example, a student with email@example.com as their student email address would log in using “JDoe1234” as both their user name and password.
NOTE: If you have a space in your last name (i.e. “Smith Doe”), you will need to drop the space in your username and password (i.e. “SmithDoe”) in order to log-in.
3. Once logged in, you will see the SmarterMeasure and SmarThinking icons. You can access assessment or tutoring services simply by clicking on the appropriate icon.
4. You are encouraged to change your password to the Student Portal the first time you access it. You may change your password after logging in by clicking the “Change Password” button (below the SmarThinking link icon). Passwords are case-sensitive, and must be alpha-numeric (no special characters).
