SWGTC Early Dismissal of Class PROCEDURE
The President or Vice President for Academic Affairs will make decisions affecting the entire student body.
The appropriate Dean for Academic Affairs or Vice President will determine when a class may be canceled or dismissed early. Faculty must make that request with explanation in a timely fashion. Faculty may not cancel or dismiss class early without permission.
The Vice President for Academic Affairs has overall responsibility for ensuring this procedure is implemented.
